Having video analysis of your stroke is undoubtedly the best way for you to understand your current technique and position enabling you to make massive improvements in speed and efficiency, meaning faster swim splits and saving more energy for the rest of the race.
The clinics would be ideal for triathletes or swimmers who are looking to improve their swimming technique and may have reached either a technical or fitness plateau. It is not designed for complete beginners, (unless there is demand for a beginners clinic) as a learn to swim clinic so it would be expected that you can already swim 200m without stopping.
