Women's Only Triathlon Camp 2020

With women’s participation in triathlon continually increasing, and the success of the women’s training camps, Club La Santa brings you the 12th Women’s Only Triathlon Camp. The camp has a new programme and offers you a great opportunity to kick start your winter training (or avoid the European winter weather!!!) in preparation for the 2020 race season or even introduce you to the sport of triathlon in a warm climate and magnificent surroundings. During the week you will be coached in all disciplines, meet new people, have lots of fun and laughs, gain experience and maybe even compete in your first ever short distance triathlon.
The training
The camp caters for all abilities, all ages and from novice to elite, including sprint and Olympic distance athletes looking to build their base training, learn more about the sport and gain experience for triathlon races. The training will take place in many parts of the beautiful island of Lanzarote. Swims will take place in the 50m Olympic pool and the Club La Santa lagoon (a closed off area of sea). The runs will be both on and off road around the complex as well as on the Club La Santa athletics track. The bike rides will take you to the most beautiful parts of the island on newly surfaced roads.
Club La Santa
While staying at Club La Santa you can join in some of the other activities we have to offer, free of charge, or simply relax by the pool. You can also spoil yourself with a massage or a visit to the new Wellness centre where you can find hot and cold water pools, steam baths, saunas, Jacuzzis etc – a perfect way to unwind after a long day of training. With so much on offer, there is no excuse not to come; you can even bring your family and friends! Club La Santa has activities for all ages.
Price: €195 for 1 week which includes all seminars, training and coaching, service car on the long ride, last night dinner and a special event T-Shirt. The full payment for the camp will take place at the welcome meeting upon arrival in CLS. Additionally you will have to book and pay your accommodation with your nearest Club Ls Santa office/ agency. The final programme will be handed out at the welcome meeting where the remaining payment for the camp fee will be taken.
